These Terms apply between you and Nestoro Limited and do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders placed using the same account, payment method, billing address, or delivery address.
If we cancel or amend an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
You agree that email may be used as a primary method of communication. We will never request sensitive personal or payment information by email. If you receive such a request, please contact us immediately.
3. Use of the Site
By using this Site, you confirm that:
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method submitted
- All purchases are for private, domestic use only and not for resale

Any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions you submit to Nestoro Limited become our property and may be used without restriction or compensation.
You confirm that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights and do not contain unlawful, offensive, or misleading material.
7. Payment & Pricing
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, and PayPal (as displayed at checkout).
All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If payment is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
Payment is taken at the point of order confirmation.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Due to pricing consistency requirements, VAT cannot be removed for deliveries to VAT-exempt British Islands.
8. Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes and promotions:
- Cannot be applied retrospectively
- Cannot be combined unless stated
- Are valid only during the advertised period
- Apply to full-price items unless stated otherwise
Only one promotional code may be used per order.
9. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours and textures may vary depending on your device or screen.
Stock availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
10. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or industrial action.
Certain locations (including Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and remote UK areas) may incur additional delivery charges.
11. Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) where stated.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or bank holidays will be delivered on the next available working day.
A signature may be required. If delivery is missed, the carrier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place at their discretion.
12. Cancellation Rights: Non-Personalised Products
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, you must notify us within this period. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your own cost.
Original delivery charges will be refunded up to the value of standard delivery only.
13. Cancellation Rights: Personalised Products
Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are exempt from the statutory cooling-off period.
Please review all personalised details carefully before confirming your order.
14. SMS Marketing
By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive transactional and marketing messages from Nestoro Limited.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided in our messages.

15. Disclaimers
This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Site.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestoro Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nestoro Limited and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. Freight Forwarding & International Re-Shipment
Nestoro does not support, recommend, or accept responsibility for orders delivered to freight forwarding agents, parcel re-shipping services, or any third-party address from which goods will be re-shipped outside the United Kingdom.
Where an order is placed using a freight forwarding or re-shipping address:
- Nestoro's delivery obligation is fulfilled in full upon delivery of the goods in good condition to the address specified at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer at that point, in accordance with Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Nestoro accepts no liability for any damage, loss, delay, or deterioration of goods occurring after delivery to the freight forwarder or during any onward transit.
- No refund, replacement, or return will be issued for goods that have been, or are intended to be, re-shipped outside the United Kingdom by any means not arranged by Nestoro.
- The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all customs, import duty, and legal requirements of the destination country.
- Nestoro reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where it reasonably believes a freight forwarding arrangement is in place, prior to despatch.
